Chaps Pit Beef began in 1987 as a small 12×15 roadside eatery with only a handmade charcoal pit, but soon became “World Famous” for its pit beef sandwiches. Now serving a full Baltimore style pit beef BBQ menu in multiple Maryland locations, Chaps is now taking their expanding franchise to one of the most visited cities in Delaware – Rehoboth Beach!
Located on the Coastal Highway right in the heart of the Tanger Outlets. Brothers and newest franchisee owners, Gary and Chris Desch, exemplify the Chaps brand and will continue to deliver the same great quality that Chaps Pit Beef in Baltimore first started serving in 1987. Gary and Chris Desch cannot wait to hit the ground running on this exciting new project and anticipate opening their doors early Fall of 2018!
